•Vacancy received by u&i and full job specification created in conjunction with clients taken.
•Vacancy advertised on key sites – further specialist advertising will be provided, dependant on level and discipline of the position.
•Candidates identified via database, applicants & networking / headhunting Candidates screened, contacted and interviewed by u&i – further interviewing can be conducted as required, including Psychometric Testing and Competency Based Interviews Suitable CVs (and portfolios if required) sent to client within an agreed timeframe.
•Interview stage – u&i contact and fully brief candidates prior to interview.
•Offer stage u&i can fully manage the offer negotiation process including salary and package negotiation, resignation and managing any counter offers.
•Start date - u&i maintain close contact with candidate and client prior to start date to ensure a smooth and stress free transition
