<h2><strong>Senior Leisurewear Designer &#8211; The Role:</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Create commercial and innovative range’s based upon product range priorities, customer requirements and budget; in addition to departmental profitability guidelines.</li>
<li>Manage and provide direction and support to designers within your team.</li>
<li>Execute and professionally compile comprehensive market research, including both comparative and trend/directional reports, in order to maximise all product opportunities and challenge the customer’s direction when necessary.</li>
<li>In conjunction with the CAD team, enhance the delivery and execution of all presentation material, i.e. sketch and swatch, mood boards and artwork presentation.</li>
<li>Ensure the timely and accurate input of information to enable costing to be completed and engineered to meet departmental business requirements.</li>
<li>Organise all prototypes and colour samples.</li>
<li>In conjunction with the design team, ensure all concept garments are fit for purpose, suitable for manufacture and maximise all product opportunities.</li>
<li>Present ranges to the customer and internally as required in a creative and informative manner.</li>
<li>Experience in Adobe design packages (Photoshop/Illustrator) is desirable but not essential.</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>Senior Leisurewear Designer &#8211; The Candidate:</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>The successful candidate will be an experienced Leisurewear Designer with experience in swimwear and Beachwear too. </li>
<li>In addition, it is important that the successful candidate has excellent communications skills and has the ability to make sound commercial judgments whilst working autonomously.</li>
<li>You will be a team player, a strong written communicator, self motivated with excellent attention to detail.</li>

<li>Identify appropriate sources, negotiating prices and lead times and ensuring timely delivery to factories, all within agreed quality parameters.</li>
<li>Managing the fabric team ensuring that there is interaction with and internal support for design, technical and commercial teams on fabric development and bulk issues.</li>

<li data-cke-expando="false">Propose ideas about quality, trims and packaging to product teams including information about new trends in yarns, fabrics and finishes.</li>

<h2><strong>Print Designer &#8211; The Role:</strong></h2>

<li>You will assist your Senior Designer in all aspects of research, development and administration.</li>
<li>Create original print artwork in repeat.</li>
<li>Re-colour existing artwork.</li>
<li>Re-working bought artwork putting into repeat and re-colouring.</li>
<li>Preparing prints designs for our nominated print mills.</li>
<li>Keep a catalogue of all bought prints to prevent any designs being sold twice to different customers.</li>
<li>Ordering sampling from digital printers.</li>
<li>Responsibility for completing necessary paperwork including Excel and PLM style sheets.</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>Print Designer &#8211; The Candidate:</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>This would suit a talented and driven graduate print designer or someone with a couple of year&#8217;s experience in Womenswear.</li>
<li>You MUST have strong Excel, Photoshop, Illustrator and ideally Kaledo abilities</li>
<li>You must also be able to confidently hand draw and have a portfolio that demonstrates all of these skills.</li>
<li>You will be very pro-active, hands on and willing to learn.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and highly organised.</li>

<h2><strong>Sales/Account Manager &#8211; The Role:</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Responsible for selected key accounts ensuring they are managed effectively</li>
<li>Networking and developing new relationships with potential target accounts</li>
<li>Ensuring sales are maximised in line with forecasts</li>
<li>Keeping abreast of competitor activity and general market awareness</li>
<li>Act as an ambassador for the brand in the interests of the business at all times</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>Sales/Account Manager &#8211; The Candidate:</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Must have minimum of 2 years sales experience within the fashion industry</li>
<li>Previous dealings with licensed product would be adventurous</li>
<li>Must have experience of costing, liaising with factories and general production knowledge.</li>
<li>Some knowledge of garment construction</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>Sales/Account Manager  &#8211; The Package:</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>The salary is competitive, dependant on experience</li>
</ul>

They are looking for a creative and enthusiastic designer with professional experience in garment design to join their Ladieswear formalwear team.<span id="more-3933"></span></p>
<h2><strong>Ladieswear Designer &#8211; The Role:</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Through anticipation of market trends, develop creative and commercial products that demonstrate that the company are at the forefront of product development and innovation. Work within departmental profitability guidelines.</li>
<li>In conjunction with the senior design team, establish an innovative range based upon product range priorities, customer requirements and budget and departmental profitability guidelines.</li>
<li>Execute and professionally compile comprehensive market research, including both comparative and trend/directional reports, in order to maximise all product opportunities and challenge the customer’s direction when necessary.</li>
<li>In conjunction with the CAD team, enhance the delivery and execution of all presentation material, i.e. sketch and swatch, mood boards and artwork presentation.</li>
<li>Ensure the timely and accurate input of information to enable costing to be completed and engineered to meet departmental business requirements.</li>
<li>Organise all prototypes and colour samples.</li>
<li>In conjunction with the design team, ensure all concept garments are fit for purpose, suitable for manufacture and maximise all product opportunities.</li>
<li>Present ranges to the customer and internally as required in a creative and informative manner.</li>
<li>Produce up to date product range catalogues in order to aid competitor analysis and maximise product opportunities.</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>Ladieswear Designer &#8211; The Candidate:</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>You must have ladies formslwear design experience</li>
<li>Be methodical with great attention to detail, in addition to a working knowledge of currents fashion trends.</li>
<li>Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>Ladieswear Designer &#8211; The Package:</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Competitive salary dependant on experience</li>
</ul>
